MotoGP Grand Prix of Hungary 2025 – HOUSE RULES

The MotoGP Grand Prix of Hungary 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Event), organized by the National Event Organizing Agency Nonprofit Ltd. (registered office: 1134 Budapest, Váci út 35., hereinafter referred to as Organizer), contains the mandatory entry and conduct rules for the Event in these house rules. Visitors to the Event (hereinafter referred to as Visitor) must comply with the provisions of these house rules (hereinafter referred to as House Rules) and the house rules of the event venue (Budapest Park Circuit, Balatonfőkajár) while staying on the premises of the Event. By entering or remaining on the premises of the Event, the Visitor accepts and acknowledges these House Rules as binding and is obliged to comply with the Organizer’s instructions and related information!

Cashless payment is the only option throughout the entire event area. You can pay by card or HelloPay card. The HelloPay card can be easily topped up at designated HelloPay top-up points.

Visitors under 14 years of age may only enter the Event accompanied by an adult.
Based on Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the Rules of Personal and Property Protection and Private Investigation Activities, the Organizer is entitled to check the identity of Visitors, inspect their bags upon entry, prevent the introduction of specified items, and order the removal of any person disturbing the Event.

Food and drink for personal use (maximum 0.7 liter plastic bottle per person), as well as handbags/backpacks, strollers, and umbrellas (except in the stands) are permitted to be brought into the Event area.

For safe conduct, it is strictly forbidden to bring into the Event area sharp or dangerous objects (e.g., knives, explosives, and weapons), drugs, harmful, flammable substances or poisons, fireworks, smoke bombs, firecrackers, laser pointers, horns, aerosol spray cans (lacquers, deodorants, insect repellents), suitcases, shopping carts, glass bottles, musical instruments, drones or other remote-controlled aircraft, tents, sleeping bags, scooters, chairs and tables, helmets, with reference to the provisions of Government Decree 175/2003 (X. 28.) on particularly dangerous tools for public safety.

The list in the previous paragraph is not exhaustive, and the Organizer and/or any authorized person may prohibit or restrict additional items that are deemed to pose a safety risk to Visitors and participants.

Apart from legally defined assistance dogs, guide dogs, and police dogs, it is forbidden to bring animals into the Event area!

Visitors must participate in the Event while observing general norms and in accordance with applicable laws and these House Rules. The Visitor must not engage in any activity that disturbs, obstructs, or endangers the order of the Event or the personal and property safety of participants, in particular anyone who:

Endangers the life, physical integrity, property rights of others, as well as the integrity of their belongings and immediate environment – if the Visitor does not stop the unlawful behavior despite the Organizer’s warning, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

Engages in conduct that would otherwise justify police action – if the Visitor does not stop the unlawful behavior despite the Organizer’s warning, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

Engages in racist, hate-inciting behavior, behavior that induces fear in others, or scandalous behavior unrelated to fair sportsmanship or cheering – if the Visitor does not stop the unlawful behavior despite the Organizer’s warning, their entry may be denied, or they may be removed from the Event.

The Visitor acknowledges that continuous image and sound recording will take place at the Event and live broadcasting will occur by the Organizer, contractual partners authorized by the Organizer, contributors, and media representatives. The Visitor’s image may appear at any time on on-site screens. Accordingly, by participating in the Event, the Visitor expressly consents to the recording and publication of their face, appearance, and statements, with the condition that they may only be named with their express consent. If the Visitor qualifies as a public figure, they may be named without consent.

Regarding the recordings specified above, the Organizer acquires unlimited, transferable, and exclusive rights of use in terms of space, time, and method of use. The Organizer and persons authorized by the Organizer are entitled to publish, utilize, use (especially for the promotion of the Event), reproduce, adapt, disclose, communicate to the public, and distribute such recordings without any obligation to provide any compensation to the Visitor.

The Visitor acknowledges that the Organizer records the programs implemented at the Event, reproduces the recorded material, and distributes it on media, broadcasts it, or otherwise communicates it to the public.

In connection with the recordings and publications specified in the previous points, the Visitor is not entitled to make any claim or demand against the Organizer.

Any economic, commercial, or advertising activity on the premises of the Event – including the area in front of the entrance – is prohibited!

Catering units are prohibited from serving alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of eighteen (18).

Any demonstration unrelated to the events organized by the Organizer is prohibited at the Event, regardless of the number of participants!

Compliance with behavioral and safety rules at the Event is ensured by qualified and licensed personnel.

Littering is prohibited throughout the entire Event area!

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated areas of the Event!

The Visitor acknowledges that products and services may be purchased at the Event site in connection with the Event, which are provided not by the Organizer but by other contractual partners (including but not limited to food and beverages offered by catering units). In such cases, a contractual relationship is established directly between the Visitor, as the consumer, and the respective contractual partner, and the rights and obligations arising from this contractual relationship apply directly to them. The Visitor expressly acknowledges that, in connection with the products and services referred to in this paragraph and the resulting contractual relationship, no claim can be made against the Organizer.

Continuous first aid and medical service are provided at the Event site.

The Visitor releases the Organizer from liability and waives all claims for any kind of bodily injury, property damage, or loss arising from or related to the Event, even if the injury, damage, or loss was caused by the Organizer, regardless of whether it was based on contract or tort. The release and waiver do not apply if the injury, damage, or loss was caused by intentional breach of duty or gross negligence; in such cases, liability is limited to the organizing entity, subcontractor, or contributor who acted with intentional breach of duty or gross negligence.

The Event will not take place in the event of extreme weather conditions (such as stormy winds, prolonged and heavy rain, lightning), or if the competent authorities order its suspension or closure on grounds of force majeure.

Comments or complaints arising from catering, organization, or other reasons can be addressed to the staff at the information point indicated on the map. Lost items can also be handed in at the information points, and inquiries about lost property can be made there.

The Organizer assumes no responsibility for valuables placed and left at the Event site.

Parking is only permitted in the designated and provided areas, upon presentation of valid parking authorization.

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes.
